NOGUA 2
November 13-16, 2025, Lviv, Ukraine

Provider assistance

One of the key missions of NOGUA is to unite the Ukrainian and international community around supporting Internet service providers in Ukraine whose networks have been damaged and continue to be destroyed as a result of Russian aggression.

We aim to consolidate efforts to ensure the resilience of connectivity, first and foremost in the frontline and near-frontline regions (Donetsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Chernihiv and parts of Dnipro regions).
DISCOUNT ON PARTICIPATION

To ensure an open dialogue between Internet service providers whose infrastructure has suffered significant damage, and all conference participants and potential donors, the NOGUA Organizing Committee, supported by sponsor contributions, provides a 50% discount for one representative of an Internet provider from frontline cities or temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, provided that the representative is currently located in the territory controlled by Ukraine.

To receive the discount, please complete the registration form and select the participant status: “Participant from a frontline/temporarily occupied territory.”

MICROGRANT

The NOGUA Organizing Committee, together with sponsors and partners, continues to provide targeted support to frontline Internet providers and is announcing a new round of micro-grants.

Eligible applicants for micro-grants are Internet service providers from frontline regions of Ukraine (Donetsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and parts of Dnipro regions) who submit an application by completing the form below by 14 November 2025.

In 2022, Sumy and nearby settlements were occupied. Banks are not working. Self-service terminals are not working. The city is in chaos. There are street fights! It is dangerous to be on the streets! We immediately disabled billing for our services (services are provided free of charge to everyone connected to our network). This allowed all our users to stay connected! At that moment, we were not thinking about money, we were thinking about how to keep Ukraine intact and help maintain communication! Communication is very important! In the future, we were thanked for this! Communication was maintained, and users passed on information about the occupiers! Emergency teams worked non-stop under occupation: they carried out repairs and helped the defence forces to organise communication lines. We are a company of patriots and enthusiasts! We help the defence forces defend our country, both technically and by applying our knowledge and skills! Every day, the enemy tests our resilience and our company's ability to make critical decisions quickly! We have not given up! Every day, emergency crews carry out their work under the blows of kabis, gerbers, lancets, shahids, FPVs and under the watchful eye of enemy reconnaissance drones! The enemy is trying to break us spiritually and physically and is constantly attacking digital networks (DDOS, hacker attacks).

Symu Computer Networks

State:

Symu, Chernihiv regions

Company description:

The company has been operating since 2006 as a sole proprietorship and since 2013 as a limited liability company. We serve more than 80 military units, of which about 20 are located in combat zones or close to combat operations. Currently, the network is damaged almost daily. We work in frontline locations together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to protect against UAVs and other drones. Damage occurs both during the construction of fortifications or anti-drone nets and after shelling. Every month, we spend an average of 4-7 km of dielectric cable on network repairs, and recently, the cost of cable for the ground has increased significantly. We have to re-lay entire sections from 100 m to 1 km to bypass fortifications. We have more than 100 connections to various military units.
