You may, at your discretion, attach copies of contracts or other documents to the application that confirm the provision of electronic communications services to socially significant entities. Submitting such documents is not a mandatory requirement for the application to be considered; however, their inclusion may be taken into account by the Commission as an additional factor when assessing the priority of the application and making a decision.
